+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ lfmDisplayer +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ 2006-05-11 version 2.03 --updates * now width resizable This flash movie can display as many results in the window as you set available height, either "Recent Tracks", "Top Albums", "Top Artists", "Top Tracks", "Weekly Top Artists", and "Weekly Top Tracks", selectable via a drop down menu. You can now set what listing will be the default display, look at the sample HTML file and see where the Flash Variable is called "defaultList=0" and it can be 0 to 5, these numbers correspond to the list inside the drop-down menu, where 0 is the "Recent Tracks" While displaying any Track listings, you will see a small speaker icon to play a streaming preview of the track. A small '?' appears if no track data is available, only after you press the speaker icon. On the right you can see the current users Profile, Friends and Neighbours, all of which you can select to display their individual listings. In the Neighbours panel you can hover over the little icon to load and view the Avatar image. Anyway, open the HTML file and copy & paste the OBJECT tag to your own web page, and find and replace the 'usernameHere' entry with your own Last.fm usrename AND adjust the 'defaultList' to whatever list you want to be desiplayed when first opening. There are two spots where you have to make these adjustments. The height and width settings can be what ever you prefer, the more height you give it the more listings you can see. Should work for Flash 8 and newer plugins. There may be a warning about file access, when you run the HTML file locally, shouldn't be a problem when you upload the HTML to a server. enjoy, Robert Bleeker last.fm username: rbleeker
